• We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• All prices for car wash and detailing services are displayed clearly and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payment methods.

• Services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• While we take great care in servicing your vehicle, Take 5 Car Wash is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions including scratches, rust, loose parts, or aftermarket accessories.

• Please remove valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not liable for loss of personal items.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on take5care.com, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Take 5 Car Wash and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Take 5 Car Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.
