Refund and Returns Policy

At Take 5 Car Wash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service you received, we’re here to help.


💵 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or service re-dos under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not completed as promised

  • If there is visible damage or poor quality that can be verified on-site

  • If an appointment was prepaid and canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice


🔄 Re-Wash or Correction First

In most cases, we will offer a free re-wash or correction of the service before issuing a refund. This allows us to make things right immediately.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the dissatisfaction is due to pre-existing damage

  • If the vehicle was excessively dirty and required additional services

  • If the customer fails to report the issue within 24 hours of service completion
